Hello my name is John Nasky (whoops! you're right, it's not an Irish name!)
My grandfather was Polish, but my grandmother was born in Listowel in County Kerry. My relationship to her was very strong and I decided to name my business Listowel Celtic Art in her memory. Her family name was Stack. My mother's family came to the United States from County Meath. Her family name was Kitrick.

I have been an artist for 45 years, first as a commercial artist, with Celtic art as a hobby. I decided to devote my entire career to being a Celtic artist about 15 years ago, and my love for the art increases with each new day.

I must say that it has been an exciting journey. I hope that you will enjoy your travel into my web site, and I know that you will find products that you have not seen before... All of my designs are exclusive, and I do hold the copyright to all.

From the Celtic Initials to the Cross Stitch Patterns, to the Poetry, Porcelain, Clothing and Accessories, my art is original, and based on the early concepts of Celtic art.

If your travels take you to any of these festivals, please look for us!
Wheeling Celtic Fest, Chicago Gaelic Park, Rochester Irish Festival, Buffalo Feis, Cleveland Cultural Irish Festival, Milwaukee Irish Fest, Buffalo Irish Festival, Washington Irish Festival, Bethlehem Celtic Fest, and the Pittsburgh Irish Festival....

Many of you who have children involved in Irish dancing will recognize my web site and the name Listowel Celtic Art since I have designed a great many logos for your schools, and many of your children are wearing my art on their competition and school costumes. I am grateful for your confidence in me.

I have tried to make this an exciting trip for you with the help of an excellent artist and great friend, Don Henderson. I thank him for creating this web site for me and forhis friendship.

ENJOY YOUR JOURNEY.....

This web site is dedicated to my son
Timothy C. Nasky
who passed away of Cancer August 26 2000 at the ageof 30.
It was always his opinion that we should enter the world of the internet.
So this one is for you Tim...

*
Let not your hearts be troubled;
Believe in God, believe also in Me.
In my Father's house are many rooms;
If it were not so, Would I have told you that
I go and prepare a place for you?
And when I prepare a place for you,
I will come again and will take you myself,
that where I am you may be also.
(John 14:1-3)
